  • efactoryonline.com is not an authorized surplus dealer or affiliate for the Manufacturer of products unless explicitly stated otherwise;
  • efactoryonline.com sources these products through independent channels including Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM), Internet exchanges, direct or independent distributors, miscellaneous resellers, auctions, and direct from user tool cribs;
  • The products are genuine, used, and packed in efactoryonline.com packaging, and they may be older date codes or series than that available direct from the factory or authorized dealers;
  • The products may vary as to country of origin, accessories and other items included with the product, the language used on the packaging, parts and instructions, and the contents of any printed material;
  • The products may show signs of use and may be marked with evidence of the prior owner’s use (e.g., tracking numbers, identification tags, etc.);
  • All products go through efactoryonline.com’s rigorous quality assurance process;
  • efactoryonline.com’s engineering team does not make any recommendations regarding this product;
  • Ships in 2-10 days to ensure efactoryonline.com’ s Quality Assurance inspections if in stock;

NoteRegarding Allen Bradley PLC Firmware

While many Allen-Bradley (A-B) PLC products will have firmware already installed, efactoryonline.com makes no representation as to whether a PLC product will or will not have firmware and, if it does have firmware, whether the firmware is the revision level that you need for your application. efactoryonline.com also makes no representations as to your ability or right to download or otherwise obtain firmware for the product from Rockwell, its distributors, or any other source. efactoryonline.com also makes no representations as to your right to install any such firmware on the product. efactoryonline.com will not obtain or supply firmware on your behalf. It is your obligation to comply with the terms of any End-User License Agreement or similar document related to obtaining or installing firmware.

1. Packaging/Handling Fee:

1.1 We charge a NT$250 Handling Fee for all efactoryonline.com Surplus purchases and a NT$150 Handling Fee for all Repair orders. This is a per order charge that offsets costs related to ESD safe custom packaging and handling supplies for products delivered to and shipped from our facility.

2. Surplus Standard Lead Time:

2.1 We ship our units every day and all of them go through the same strict Quality Assurance system. To complete Quality Control and Testing, we require 2-10 business days for our product.

2.2 If the order is not a true Emergency then efactoryonline.com will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge. Emergency same day Quality Control/Testing lead time is available only with Rush Fee applied.

3. Emergency RUSH Service:

3.1 Same Day Quality Control, Repair and Testing lead time is Available. We can ship same day on emergency orders received prior to 3 p.m. (Taiwan). Rush Fee is 30% of order volume (NT$3,000 minimum)(limited to product/repair availability).

4. Please Read – RUSH Order Statement:

4.1 efactoryonline.com would like to accommodate your order needs in the best way possible. In order to protect true machine down high priority shipping requests we must include a surcharge for same day Quality Control/Testing lead time. If we do not then we can not effectively guarantee a customer in a true crisis situation a priority shipment.

4.2 Every item leaving efactoryonline.com must be reviewed and tested by Quality Assurance, packaged and inspected prior to leaving the building. In order to prevent the system from accepting non-critical orders as rushes we include a 30% surcharge.

4.3 If the unit is not required as a true emergency then efactoryonline.com will make every attempt to ship within 48 hours of your order confirmation at no surcharge.

5. Payment for goods and payment of applicable taxes:

5.1 Customer represents that any supplied credit card or similar information is true and correct and customer has all proper rights in same, that all charges will be honored by customer’s credit card company and that it will pay all credit card fees as charged.

5.2 Customer shall also pay all applicable sales tax. Customer shall indemnify, defend and hold efactoryonline.com and its personnel harmless against any claims against some or all of them in relation hereto.

6. International Orders

6.1 Orders that are shipped to countries outside of the Taiwan may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country.

6.2 These charges for customs clearance must be paid by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.

6.3 Customs policies vary widely from country to country. Please contact your local customs office for information. When customs clearance payment and/or procedures are required it can cause delays beyond our delivery estimates.

6.4 Credit Card verification may take up to 72 hours. Wire Transfers: Allow 3 – 5 business days for receipt of funds.

6.5 efactoryonline.com’s Emergency Testing Service will expedite the orders, sales, processing, testing, quality assurance, and packaging processes but will not expedite the Credit Card Verification or Wire Transfer processes, or expedite a carrier’s shipping schedule, as these are separate processes/businesses from those of efactoryonline.com.

6.6 Should any part of this transaction contravene Taiwan Export laws, this transaction shall be immediately void and unenforceable.

7. Minimum Order Charge

7.1 In order to maintain a high quality process there is a NT$1,500 minimum order required.
